Receiving an error message, blank/flashing screen, or other problems while playing video? Please refresh your screen and see the checklist below to troubleshoot and ensure that you are getting the highest quality stream:
- Network - make sure to connect to a hi-speed network (not wifi), with no firewalls in place (ex. some schools, offices, etc. have firewalls in place tthat will block streaming)
- Browser - make sure you are viewing games in the most up-to-date version of your browser (ex. Chrome, Safari, Explorer, etc.)
- Device - please try viewing from both a computer and from your smartphone, and see if the same problem/behaviour continues to occur.
